This research investigated the effects of using a substandard fly ash as partial cement and/or fine aggregate replacement on basic and durability properties cement-fly mixtures. Experimental results showed that utilizing led to increase in water requirement autoclave expansion pastes. The strength activity indexes passed requirements TIS 2135 ASTM C618. Utilization higher mortar bars stored sodium sulfate compared OPC mixture. However, resistance mixtures improved when sand material. compressive concrete at all ages was with content When used material concrete, carbonation depth increased.
